Diddy throws the 'Entourage' rapper under the bus in a new documentary

The upcoming project has prompted the music mogul, who is currently facing a barrage of accusations, from his inner circle, with some claiming the rapper frequently had sex with underage women.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York since his arrest last September on racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution charges.

On January 14th, Peacock will debut his highly anticipated documentary about murdered rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing federal sex-crime charges, as well as numerous civil sexual assault and rape charges.

The streaming platform recently released a trailer for the project ahead of its debut, revealing damning allegations about the rapper and how some close to Diddy seem to support the claims about his controversial lifestyle.

Interviewees also include the rapper's childhood friend, former bodyguard and Diddy's former Uptown Records labelmate Al B. Of course!

“I've been with Shawn for quite some time and I've captured a lot of moments,” one unidentified source was heard saying in the trailer. Daily mail. “When any studio or any room is (lit with red light), he's making love, having sex. Some of the girls in the room must have been underage.”

Another insider added, “They said they could send me and sell me to anybody,” matching the allegations that Diddy was involved in sex trafficking.

According to the project's official logline, Diddy's documentary features “never-before-seen footage and stories from those who know him best” and “illuminates his childhood, rise to fame and recent criminal charges.”

The narrative is also intended to “challenge viewers to rethink everything they thought they knew about the mogul behind the music and the cup shot.”

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy is produced by Ample Entertainment, Blink Films and FGW Productions.

Ari Mark, Phil Lott, Samit David, Stephanie Frederick, Laura Jones and Justine Kershaw are executive producers, with Sarah Lavery serving as co-executive producer.

It's also the first project to address sexual assault allegations against Diddy in 2025, and more projects could follow in the coming months, including a documentary by the rapper's industry colleague 50 Cent.

Late last year, news broke that Diddy had a “breakdown” at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York, where he is being held.

The incident may have been sparked by the rapper's frustration at still being in jail months after his September arrest despite having a “strong legal team.”

The music mogul reportedly informed prison guards of his condition and asked to be taken to hospital. But his request was rejected, leaving him to deal with the situation on his own.

“He finally managed to calm down with a meditation technique he used while he was behind bars,” the source said of the rapper. Daily mail.

It took the rapper some time to recover from the “bad place” because the breakup took a toll on him.

They added: “It took him a few hours of deep breathing and concentration to get out of the bad place he was in, but he finally did.”

Reports of the break-up followed claims that the rapper was facing a “gloomy” Christmas, including not being treated to any fancy festive meals.

At the time, it was said the music mogul would only get “what is available to him from the list of MDC commissioners” and a very lean “Christmas or festive bag”.

“It's plastic and almost like a big pillow and it's shrunk over the years,” prison expert Larry Levine said of the packaging. Daily mail.

He added: “It's a piece of crap that was probably bought because it was out of date, because the prison system is selling you out of date stuff. And they're trying to act like they're doing the inmates a favor.”

Barring any changes, Diddy is likely to remain in prison until his sex crimes trial next May.

The rapper has made three attempts to secure bail, each time offering a better bond package and tougher bail conditions.

However, the judges presiding over the hearings rejected all requests, citing various concerns, including that Diddy was a flight risk and that he could use his freedom to intimidate witnesses in his case.

After the third refusal, the rapper filed a bail appeal to challenge the decision, but later withdrew the appeal for undisclosed reasons.

If ultimately convicted of the charges, Diddy could face up to life in prison if the maximum sentence is imposed.
