Michael B. Jordan finds himself at odds over the sale of the city

Michael B. Jordan is once again making waves in the Netflix real estate world, but this time it's not about the purchase, it's about the drama swirling around him.

A Hollywood actor has become the unexpected focal point of Netflix's latest real estate show 'Selling the City' because of a past situation with the actor Giselle Meneses Nunez.

Gisele Meneses Nunez first revealed that she had an affair with Michael B. Jordan about seven years ago.

In the series premiere, Eleanor Srugo presented her team at Douglas Elliman with a $20 million penthouse in Olympia Dumbo. During the presentation, she dropped hints about a “quite vocal” client who had backed out of the contract.

While she refrained from naming names, her co-star Abigail Godfrey did not hold back, admitting in a confessional: “We all know. This is a public record. Everyone knows what it is. I don't know why we all speak in code.

It quickly became clear that the buyer in question was none other than Michael B. Jordan.

Eleanor encouraged her team to use this information, prompting Jordyn Taylor Braff to share her encounter with the star. “I was out with my friend one evening and we bumped into each other by chance. As the drinks flowed, he let us know what his real estate needs were,” revealed Jordyn.

As emotions flared, Jordyn accused Gisele of making the deal too personal, while Gisele insisted that her previous professional interactions with Jordyn and his team gave her input into the situation.

The feud escalated when Gisele brought up Jordyn's ex-boyfriend, Trevor Noah. “You're saying if I run into Trevor Noah and now go after him and get him as a client, that's okay?” Gisele asked. Jordin shot back, “Is that a threat? Are you on a mission to go do this now?

Interestingly, this isn't the first time Michael B. Jordan's name has been tangled up in a Netflix real estate drama. Fans of “Selling Sunset” may recall that Bre Tiesi accidentally revealed during Season 7 that she had previously dated Jordan.

“Who would you sleep with celebrities? Which would you choose?” Krishel Stause asked before Amanza Smith cast the Marvel actor. Meanwhile, Bre replied: “I could do it and I have. I've slept with all my favorites. I'm kidding.”

Bre later claimed her comment was part of a larger conversation about her relationship with Nick Cannon, with whom she has a 2-year-old son, Legendary.
