Jennifer Lopez may have felt “threatened” by Ben Affleck's ex-wife

The singer reportedly hates the closeness of the former couple, who married in 2005 and had three children together before announcing their split in 2015.

Amidst her divorce from Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez posted a new video on her Instagram page in which she flaunts her bikini as if to show her ex what he's missing.

New revelations have emerged about Lopez and Affleck's broken marriage, and it turns out that the breakup was unwittingly facilitated by a familiar third party.

According to Good! Magazinea source revealed that there was tension between Lopez and Affleck's ex-wife Jennifer Garner, as the singer “felt threatened” throughout her marriage to the “Argo” actor.

“J.Lo felt threatened by Jen Garner for most of her marriage,” the insider claimed. “The way Ben would run to her for advice whenever they fought drove her crazy.”

Apparently, Affleck and Garner remained cordial even after their divorce was finalized in 2018. They have been seen several times in the company of their three children, Violet, Finn and Samuel.

The news outlet went on to reveal that Affleck enjoys “hanging out with Jen and their kids” because it's “a lot more comfortable than trying to deal with a blended family.”

Apparently, Lopez's alleged concerns surfaced before she filed for divorce from Affleck. During the time they were having problems, Affleck left their Beverly Hills marital home and moved into a $100,000,000 monthly rental home in Brentwood near Garner.

In August, Affleck and Garner were seen accompanying their daughter Violet to her freshman year at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

They were also spotted serving food at Midnight Mission in Los Angeles, California on Thanksgiving and reportedly spent Christmas together as well.

Meanwhile, Garner is reportedly happy that Affleck is moving on from Lopez and has reportedly expressed her decision to cut ties with Lopez.
