An exclusive clip from tonight's episode shows Emem having a heart-to-heart with Camille about Ikechi. Emem is tired of Ikechi accusing her of being aggressive, and she charges Camille about what happened during that meeting with Dr. Pia.
Camille can't believe what she heard, especially since Ikechi considers himself “woke.”
“Everyone knows he’s supposed to be this woke black man, that you call a black woman aggressive. It’s literally rule number one,” says Camille.
Emem thinks that Ikechi was hoping that he would be matched with someone less educated who he could manipulate and denigrate, someone who is clearly not her.
“He’s someone who owns his own business!” Emem said. “They didn’t bring you a mannequin. So he said I was going to tear her down any way I could. And if it's war, then let's go Joker! »
Camille agrees and says that Ikechi will end up regretting his actions one day.
“I don’t even think he realizes what he’s doing wrong and he’s going to look back and kick himself in the ass,” Camille says. “Like he'll really regret doing that and see himself looking like a clown.”

The circus is indeed in town during tonight's episode, as it features Ikechi clownishly continuing to joke about the experience and his marriage to Emem.
