Cardi B is really trying to focus on her music amid all the drama surrounding her ongoing divorce from Offset.

Although Cardi filed for divorce nearly five months ago, the back-and-forth between her and the Migos rapper has yet to slow down. In the most recent chapter of this never-ending saga, Offset used X to launch tweets targeting his estranged wife.
In his short message, Offset seemingly accused Cardi of sending him a photo of her being intimate with another man. In another post, the rapper also claimed to have had sex with one of Cardi's friends.

Following these tweets, Cardi B says she is putting her love life on “pause” for a while, admitting that she gets very distracted when dealing with relationships. While fans have been waiting nearly seven years for the former reality star to release another album, Cardi is definitely feeling the pressure and wants to finally take being cooped up in the studio seriously.
“I don't even want to take d**k right now because every time I take d**k – like I told this nigga, that's right, every time I take d** *k, I’m distracted,” she confessed. “I don’t want any distractions. This January is a very crucial month for me.

One person who isn't taking a break from his love life is Offset, who was spotted shopping with a model in Dubai on New Year's Eve. The rapper was in town to perform three concerts on December 31, 1 January and January 2, and in his free time he was spotted by TMZ browsing the shelves of a Chanel store. Next to him was Melanie Jaydawho was also seen accompanying Offset the next day.
The outlet reported that the two had been dating “for a few weeks” and it was “nothing serious,” but sources say the “Ric Flair Drip” rapper “really enjoys her vibe, her style and her company” .
