Lala Kent REVEALS the real reason behind her shocking split with assistant Jessica Walter!

Lala Kent addresses rumors about his longtime assistant Jessica Walters exit, barring speculation of drama and fallout.

With rumors swirling that Lala Kent may have hurt her longtime assistant Jessica Walter, to Vanderpump Rules alum didn't hold back during his December 31 performance Not skinny but not fat podcast. Pressed by the owner Amanda Hirsch, Lala faced chatter, addressing fan speculation about possible fallout effects.

“There's been a lot of interest in her departure, but to be honest, there's no story here,” Lala explained.

“At the end of the day she was my employee and she wanted to get on with her life. I'd be crazy not to say, “Go and achieve whatever you want to achieve.” People want explanations, but there is nothing dramatic to say.

Lala continued to compare Jessica's retreating to hypothetical advice from her own mom. “If my mom said to me, 'I have to go experience life as a 64-year-old woman,' I'd say, 'By all means go. Be free. Fly,” she added.

While Lala expressed his gratitude for Jessica's over the years, she has made it clear that she has no regrets.

“I've learned from everything I've been through over the years, from my ex-fiancé to certain friendships and employees,” she shared.

“I don't regret anything, but I've learned to change things as I move forward.” As for finding a new assistant, Lala joked that she was looking for someone fully dedicated to the role. “Your big dream had better be, 'I just want to be the best assistant.' Lala Kent in the world,” she quipped.

“No dreams, no wishes. I don't like change. My life has changed so much in such a short period of time.

Despite Jessica's check out Lala she only had good things to say about her former assistant. “I wish you the best. Have a great life,” she said.Jessica will always hold a special place in my heart and I can't wait to see what she does next.
