Lisa Kudrow discovered a hidden note from Matthew Perry about a year after the actor passed away.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office released a toxicology report that concluded Perry died of ketamine exposure, with drowning, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine (used to treat opioid abuse) listed as contributing factors.
In dedication Kudrow wrote to Perry via Instagram on Nov. 15 of that year: “Thank you for making me laugh so hard at something you said that my muscles hurt and tears streamed down my face EVERY DAY.
