Lily Allen says she's not 'good' amid David Harbor breakup rumors

“I want to reassure people because there will be speculation about how much time I'm going to miss and whether I'm going to go to rehab – that's not the case,” she added. “I haven’t relapsed. I know there have been horrible blindside articles on the internet that my husband found me in a crack den surrounded by men. I don't know who is spreading these vicious rumors, but it's not true.

But even though Lily isn't struggling with addiction, she's fighting an uphill battle right now. Last month, she shared that her mental state was starting to affect her eating habits.

“I’m not in a good place mentally,” she shared in another episode of her podcast in December. “I'm not eating, but I'm not hungry. I'm obviously hungry, but my body and my brain are so disconnected from each other that my body, the hunger messages, don't get from my body to my brain.
