St. Louis rapper Sexyy Red is kicking off 2025 with a bang — or rather, boobs, revealing she lined her DD cups “the next day” with small implants “like 50 Cent.”

TMZ reports that this is Sexyy Red's third breast surgery, but this one wasn't all about aesthetics. The rapper underwent this procedure to redistribute the weight of her breasts, relieving back pain and improving the fit of her clothes.

On Instagram Live with GloRilla, Sexyy Red revealed that she got her current curves “the next day” after an attempt at downsizing. The hilarious hit-maker didn't want to!
“I feel like a boy,” Sexyy Red said of his natural form. “Remember when I said I was going to cut them down? When I got home and looked in the mirror, I looked like 50 Cent, bitch! You know when 50 people wore the vest,” she joked, laughing with Glo while admitting she cried at the results.
“They were simply huge! I waited until January 6 to have them redone. They were too small. I didn't like them! I was like, “Uh-uh, put the big ones back!” Damn that! I went back the next day! I went two days in a row,” she said before getting the D cups she wanted.
