Spencer Pratt is asking followers to help him raise money after the Los Angeles fires

Spencer Pratt is asking his TikTok followers to help him raise money after he lost his home to the catastrophic wildfires that ripped through the greater Los Angeles area.

In a video shared via TikTok On Friday, Jan. 10, Pratt, 41, asked his followers to watch and like a previous video shared on his account of Aly & AJ's “What It Feels Like.”

“I'll get up to $1,100 from TikTok if it's one of the top 10 TikToks with that song, so it probably says $200, but it could go up to $1,100,” he explained in the video. “So if you're bored please watch like the last video. It's actually a great song and Aly and AJ are wearing Pratt Daddy Crystals — my friend Amber goes to all her shows and gives them all the crystals so it's kind of authentic ad because they wear my crystals I also want to get them $1100.

In the next video, Pratt also asked his followers to add his wife Heidi Monday On Spotify and other streaming platforms.

However, Pratt's plea for help via social media received some backlash.

“Some demonic monster just posted on my IG and tagged me, 'Of course Spencer's going to mop up his burned house for every dollar it's worth.' Duh. Duh. Right. Let me figure every dollar I can get,” Pratt said a video that talked about the backlash that was shared through the medium TikTok on Friday.

“How come you humans have no brains? Are you just the dumbest creatures alive?” he continued. “Of course I'm trying to get money to pay for my life with my family because our house and all our belongings burned down. And if I can do it on social media, which I already for several years the only money I've ever made was showing my travel, when our house and all our belongings burned down, don't you think I'm going to continue milking it for every dollar?”

Pratt concluded: “I'd rather be in my house and off social media, let me tell you. I'd rather have everything in my house and delete all these stupid apps. I would prefer that. So yes, I will continue to “milk” our misery on social media.

He also advised fans how not to help him and Montag, 38, which included watching Mountainsin which both Pratt and Montag starred in the 2000s.

“Pretty much I'd like you to look at something in the world, but Mountains. Don't give this show one dollar or the narrator one brain cell listening to her voice,” he said in a video shared TikTokreferring to Lauren Conrad. “No, there's no residue. So I'd rather you watch the paint dry and mark me (you) looking at the wall—that would help me more. Don't waste your energy looking Mountains thinking that helps us in our lives.

Pratt and Montag have been married since 2008. Mountains alum lost his house to the Pacific Palisades wildfires that first broke out on Tuesday, January 7th. When their house burned, the couple had already evacuated with their three children: sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 13 months.

In a video Montag shared via TikTok on Thursday, January 9, the couple revealed some items that remained from their house after the fire everything was put in one plastic bag.

“A hummingbird pot — with nectar boiled in it,” Pratt says in the video, along with “one (rubber) snake from the yard, one crystal from the yard, (another) crystal from the yard, Riker's shovel from the yard. and broken pieces.”

When the couple packed up their home to evacuate, they obviously couldn't take all their belongings. In another social media video, Montag explained that “the craziest thing about packing for a fire is that your brain just goes haywire.”

She added: “It's so overwhelming to pack the house. I mean, I only have two pairs of jeans, two shirts. I have many more clothes for children. I thought, “Why didn't I take more?” Fortunately, I grabbed anything and that's a big blessing, and the main thing is that we're safe.

Despite the struggles, Pratt gave his fans an uplifting update, thanking them for their support after wife Heidi Montag's 'Superficial' album shot up the iTunes Store charts following his social media pleas for help.

“God. Bless. Y'all. Number 15 on the iTunes store. It's a freaking miracle,” Pratt said Instagram post on Saturday, January 11. “If we get it at number one, it's official – Heidi is a pop superstar legend. She is in the history books. Apparently she's already in my history books.

Pratt went on to say that Montag's album, which is climbing the iTunes Store charts, is “probably the best thing I could have ever dreamed of… and my house and everything.”

“But don't worry, we're on our way to being rich and famous, and I won't forget about you when I'm rich and famous,” he continued. “I will be the most grateful rich celebrity you have ever supported in your lies. Love you all, thank you so much.”
