The 49-year-old, who was given the nickname 'Octomom' after having the world's first pair of surviving octuplets, recently shared an insight into his family's active lifestyle.
“A healthy and fit family,” she wrote in a Instagram post from December 15alongside photos of her and her children spending time at the gym, “staying strong and thriving together.”
As the mother of 14 posed in a black and gray workout set, her kids used some workout equipment, although one ended up using the machine as a pillow. And if that's not enough proof that Nadya encourages her kids to prioritize health and wellness, she also included photos of her grocery shopping filled with veggies, homemade juice, and a vibrant salad accompanied by a bowl of fruit.
In addition to her 15-year-old octuplets Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Makai, Josiah, Jeremiah And JonahNadya is the mother of Elijah23, Red22, Joshua21, Aidantwins aged 18 and 17 Caleb And Calyssaall of which were conceived through IVF.
