Kate Middleton is in remission after completing chemotherapy for cancer

Kate Middleton takes stock of his health journey.

Almost a year after sharing her cancer diagnosis, the Princess of Wales, mother of children Prince George11, Princess Charlotte9, and Prince Louis6 years old, with husband Prince William– announced that she was in remission.

“It’s a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on recovery,” the 43-year-old said. wrote in a message on X, formerly Twitter, on January 14. “As anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer knows, it takes time to adjust to a new normal.”

“I’m looking forward to a busy year though,” she continued. “There is much to look forward to. Thank you all for your continued support.”

Kate's update came shortly after she visited the hospital where she received treatment.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Royal Marsden for taking such good care of me over the past year,” she shared in her post. “My sincerest thanks go to everyone who walked quietly alongside William and me as we walked through it all.”
