Prince William Shares Pint With Football Fans Following Kate Middleton's Remission

Prince William surprised football fans with a soft drink on his first outing since his wife Princess Kate Middleton announced that her cancer was in remission.

The Prince of Wales, 42, was photographed sitting at a table at the Birmingham branch of British pub chain Wetherspoons with Aston Villa football fans before they headed to their team's match against Everton on Wednesday (January 15).

William's visit followed a nearby Paramedic College conference. On the same day, he was named the patron of the organization.

William's visit to the pub was pre-arranged by the football club after William asked to speak to some of its biggest supporters, a Kensington Palace spokesman said. Us Weekly.
