YRKKH Written Update August 10, 2024: Will Dadi's Big Decision Change Everything?

Ruhi's manipulation

The episode starts with Ruhi treating her wound thinking that her plan will work. She thinks that if Armaan feels sorry for her, he will fight with Rohit and Abhir. This will create distance between the couple, weaken their love and ultimately lead to the end of Rohit and her marriage.

Ruhi hopes to marry Armaan, thinking that by making Abhira love everything, she will get Armaan. Ruhi plans to make Abhira leave, promising that she will shed tears of joy once her plan succeeds.

Dadi's concern and Sanjh's plot

In the morning, Dadi does not agree with the decision. Sanjay warns that Armaan has become Abhira's puppet and if they don't act, Abhira will take control. He encourages Dadi to share this concern with the family.

Armaan apologizes to Abhira, but she scolds him, noting his mood swings. After he leaves, Ruhi arrives and Abhira threatens to expose her. Ruhi denies any wrongdoing and asks Abhir to stop implicating her in the matter.

When Armaan appears, Ruhi pretends to be hurt to win his affection. Abhira points out Ruhi's mistake but Ruhi asks to leave her alone.

Dadi's decision

Dadi comes and is happy to see Ruhi. Vidya and others gather as Dadi announces a major decision. Abhira stands by Armaan while Sanjay gives his approval to Dadi. Dadi reveals her wish for Rohit to run Poddar's firm.

Madhav objects saying that Armaan as the eldest son should have this right. Armaan supports Rohit by congratulating him, while Sanjay privately plans to let Rohit fail so he can take over the company. Manoj doubts Rohit's ability but Dadi insists that he can handle it.

Rohit's condition

Rohit, however, does not want to take up the position and suggests Armaan to take it. Dadi, adamant about keeping the business in the family, pushes Rohit. Sanjay offers to guide Rohit, but Rohit makes a condition: he will only agree if the family agrees to marry Armaan and Abhir soon.

Dadi is shocked at the thought of Abhira becoming her daughter-in-law and refuses. Rohit is adamant that he will not run the company without their marriage. Vidya and kids plead with Dadi but she is still undecided saying she will think about it.

Family reactions

Elsewhere, Sureha finds it strange that Rohit asked Kaveri to arrange Armaan and Abhira's marriage. Swarna tells that Vidya invited them to Teeja but they decided not to attend fearing that it would upset Ruhi.

Meanwhile, Manish feels a bond with Abhir. Ruhi, frustrated, throws things in anger. Dadi scolds Kiara and worries that Abhira will ruin the household if she enters the family.

Ruhi laments that Rohit has ruined her plans and realizes that Dadi will never accept the marriage condition. Meanwhile, Manisha presents a necklace to Abhira, insisting that it is a token of her love.

Abhira hesitates, stating that Dadi has not agreed to the marriage yet. Convinced, Manisha believes that Rohit's influence will affect Dadi.

Uncertainty of marriage

Madhav reassures Abhira by saying that she will live with her family now, while Charu doubts Dadi's consent. Manisha remains determined, even promising to take a vow of silence if the marriage doesn't happen.

Kajal, worried, decides to talk to her mother, fearing that the marriage might be a mistake. The family takes a selfie but Armaan leaves.
