The mother of one got candid with her best friend Jen Sullivan on the show's new episode on Sunday, Jan. 19, and she revealed that she has little to no idea about the status of Coyote Pass.

The conversation came about when the two friends were sitting outside Meri's home in Parowan, Utah, discussing the contents of an email Meri sent Cody about the property.

Jen asked her friend why she had emailed everyone, to which Meri replied, “I think I set the date for like a week and a half just to start the conversation.” Cody then allegedly informed Mary that he had spoken to all the right people. Meri went on to say:

“That's what I told him,” Meri answered. “I said 'I'm right to people.' So I don't know exactly like that who is he talking to and what is his plan but that's it indeed all I know.”

She added that Cody might also be planning to foreclose and she has no idea what's going on. In the show's confessional, Cody said he was nice about the email and tried to calm everyone down.

As the conversation continued, Meri confided in her friend that Cody had once told her that she was only entitled to two acres of land because they only had one child.

“His big thing back then was I'd get two acres. He says, 'Well, you don't need that much because you don't have that many kids,'” Meri said.

Per PEOPLEthe reality star defended her position in equal measure. Meri said she has supported the family over the years, including adding family funds to the property and helping all the children secure college admissions.

“I really don't know how much of the family funds actually paid for the other children's school or cars, but I do know that my child's school was not taken care of by the family fund. Cody has actually said that. Because I only have one child, I am not entitled to an equivalent property part,” Meri added.

As Meri continues to drag Cody over his possible decision on how much land to give her on the property, Jenelle is going to go ahead and never look back.

An explosion reported last year that Jenelle decided to sell her land and move to Montana to be with her daughter Maddie and the rest of her family.

Jenelle received support from Kristin, who described the move as “crazy” for her. She felt it was unhealthy for her to continue living in Coyote Pass without plans to live near her family.

Since last year, Cody was off the hook with Jenelle. She expressed her frustration at the reality star's silence about her plan and revealed her plans to take legal action over the situation.

“If Cody doesn't want to buy me out… I'm going to have to do something about it. I think I'm going to have to get a lawyer. That's the only way I'm ever going to get any kind of resolution from him,” Jenelle explained.

Jenelle's sense of urgency about the land transfer was trumped by a strict constraint stemming from the lack of legal marriage between her and Cody. “I really have no legal right to make any kind of claim to Cody's estate. We are not legally married,” the star admitted.

The property was purchased by Cody and his wives years ago as a permanent symbol of their close ties to each other. The family had planned to build their home on the land, which is now a relic of their once thriving bond.

Cody's plural marriage fell apart in less than four months, and Christina was the first to leave. After leaving, Cody decided to buy back his share of the land, giving Christine the opportunity to move to Utah and start a new life with the proceeds of the sale.

“I know I wasn't wrong to marry her. I'd do it again. I don't think these type things had an expiration date, but it seems like our relationship might have had an expiration date. her noted.

Will Mary Brown and Cody Brown find a way around this new challenge? Time will tell!
