Don Trump Jr., girlfriend Bettina Anderson attends pre-inauguration events

Donald Trump Jr and a girlfriend Bettina Anderson took a big step in their relationship when they visited his father, Donald Trump pre-presidential inauguration events.

The 47-year-old businessman and socialite was photographed with several members of the Trump family at the Friday, Jan. 17, fireworks ceremony at the Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C. , January 19. The events were also attended by Don Jr.'s ex-fiancee, Kimberly Guilfoylewho was recently nominated to be the US Ambassador to Greece.

The activities marked Don Jr. and Anderson's first official public appearances since they tied the knot in December 2024. Both were then photographed holding hands walking around Palm Beach after she reportedly celebrated her birthday at local restaurant Buccan.

The outing has been making headlines ever since news of Don Jr.'s split Guilfoyle, 55, had not yet gone public. (Don Jr. and Guilfoyle began dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2020, though their engagement wasn't confirmed until 2022.)

“Don and Kimberly split before the election and began dividing assets around the end of September,” a source said. Us Weekly in December 2024, noting that the two have “never publicly discussed” their split in an effort to “not detract” from other “important issues.”
