Jack Schlossberg is known for his unfiltered comments, and now he's hot on the heels of asking followers on social media to rate his granny hotness. Jackie Kennedy Onassis and J.D. Vancewife Usha Vance.

The Vogue the political correspondent addressed X during the second inauguration of President Donald Trump on Monday, January 20, and asked a question“True or False: Usha Vance is way hotter than Jackie O.”

Schlossberg's post sparked immediate backlash, with one X user replying: “That's your grandma!!!!”

“I'll be honest, I don't think most people do hotness judgments involving their grandmothers,” another replied, while others wrote: “Do you want an engagement that badly?” and “It's not too late to delete it.”

Later on Monday, Schlossberg, 32, admitted he had poked fun online by comparing the former first lady, an enduring style icon, to Usha, who assumed her new role as second lady when her husband was sworn in as vice president.

“I'm a literal pervert,” he mocked using X. “I call my grandma hot… have I completely lost it? Jeez… this kid will do anything for attention. Your grandfather would be ashamed. Seriously. Time to get a job.”

Schlossberg is the only grandson of Kennedy Onassis and the president John F. Kennedyand the youngest son Caroline Kennedy and Edwin Schlossberg. He came into the limelight last year after his quirky videos on TikTok and Instagram went viral. He was hired in July Vogue to cover the 2024 presidential election.

“I'm just having a good time. I'm a fun, sassy guy,” Jack said in a recent interview Anna Wintour-edited fashion outlet. “I'm a silly goose—a silly goose trying, just trying, to discover the truth.”

His playful, provocative posts sometimes get him into trouble. Earlier this month in Schlossberg falsely claimed using the X he represented Justin Baldoni in his legal battle against Blake Lively.

“I agreed to accept Justin BALDONI as a client. Why? HONESTY,” Schlossberg wrote at the time. “EVERYONE has the right to a FAIR TRIAL and a VIOLENT DEFENSE. Although Schlossberg was only joking, fans and media alike fell for it, with some outlets running stories claiming he was actually Baldoni's attorney.

Schlossberg passed the bar exam in 2023 and graduated from Harvard Law School a year earlier. He jokingly doubled down on his Baldoni spoof, posting on New Year's Day: “My personal feelings about Justin Baldoni are irrelevant. Justin is my client, I am his attorney. even the most terrible persons have the right to defend themselves. I'm not a hero. I'm just doing my job.”
