The 'Big Brother' star talks about the life-threatening reaction
In an interview with Closer posted on Tuesday, Jan. 21, the reality TV star admitted, “I'm not going to lie and I'm not proud, but I bought Ozempic injections on the black market. I was in a desperate situation because I had a lot of weight that didn't change and I'm in my 40s, it's harder.
Initially, Horgan-Wallace described her experience with the injections as “excellent.” During the first three months, she reported no “hunger attacks,” avoided junk food, and felt “so much energy.” She added: “I went from a size 12 to an 8, it felt amazing!”
However, the positive effect did not last long.

Three months later, Horgan-Wallis' health took a dramatic turn. “I must have had a crazy party because my body reacted so badly,” she said. “For three days I thought I was going to die. I lay in my bed, woke up vomiting, had diarrhea and went back to sleep. At one point I had three bags of vomit by my bed.
Despite her worsening condition, Horgan-Wallace hesitated to seek medical attention due to embarrassment.
“There was a moment of doubt when I thought I was going to die because I couldn't even function,” she admitted. “I wanted to go to A&E but I couldn't drag myself there because I was too embarrassed to say what I had done. I felt guilty about wasting NHS resources when I did this to myself.

Eventually, she called her best friend for help. “When I started to get my sight back, I called my best friend. He came around with electrolytes and coconut water, looked at me and said, “What have you done to yourself?”

The terrifying experience Ailey Horgan-Wolse wants everyone to know about
After her own health scare, Horgan-Wallace urges others not to take the same risk.
“My message is, don't do it. I almost died because of this grief,” she said. “Your life is not worth losing excess weight. Do not worry about your health and do not buy goods from the black market because you do not know what is in it. It is the worst health problem I have ever had and I will never do it again.
Since the ordeal, Horgan-Wallace has regained the weight she initially lost and is now a size 10. She also had to deal with the effects of rapid weight loss, including sagging skin.

“I looked like a deflated balloon everywhere, I didn't recognize myself!” she said. “With slimming injections, you lose weight so quickly that the skin hasn't had enough time to stretch, and you end up looking older. I had to have surgery because everything was sagging.
Aisley Horgan-Vallas underwent breast lift surgery
She also had surgery last year to enlarge her breasts and tighten the skin around her chin.
“They removed so much excess skin around my chin and from my neck and basically lifted it all up. I've been wanting to get my breasts done for a while because they looked like udders!” she said. “I don't mind if have droopy natural breasts, but with a big old implant on top, they looked droopy.”
The reality TV star added: “The surgeon talked me out of growing more and gave me a lift which I'm happy with but I'm definitely getting bigger implants next year! I'm from that glamor modeling era and big breasts, it's not for everyone but I love this pin Jessica Rabbit look.

What is Ozempic?
Ozempic is a brand of semaglutide that is primarily prescribed to treat type 2 diabetes. It is given once a week by injection and works by mimicking the effects of the natural hormone GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1).
Although its main purpose is to treat diabetes, Ozempic has gained attention for its off-label use as a weight loss agent. Its appetite suppressant effect has made it popular among people who want to lose weight. Due to its popularity, there have been reports of shortages and sales of fake products on the black market.
