Kelsey Ballerini is just like We — stress can cause her skin to break out.

Ballerini, 31, took to Instagram on Tuesday (January 21) to share the powerful rash she experienced just hours before taking the stage for her first concert. Kelsea Ballerini Live. “Happy show day, I have a stress rash,” she said, pointing to the red dots that had formed on her cheeks. “That's how you know it's going to be a good show!” The country music star laughed. “See you tonight.”

Dancers went without makeup in the clip, giving fans a full picture of the rash. Her blonde hair was swept to the side and still wet from the shower.

The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer also teased snaps from her first stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, including a moment where she tossed a voluminous boa in the air to reveal her figure-hugging costume.

Another barely there look included a chain dress embellished with red beads. Ballerini made the heavy metal moment even more fabulous with bare fishnets layered under glittery stockings and sexy knee high boots.

Ballerini upped the sparkle even further with pink glitter shadows swept across her lids. The rest of her eye makeup featured a shade of terracotta blended into her browbone and swept strategically along her waterline and long lashes. She tied her glam together with pink lips, rosy cheeks and filled in brows. Her platinum blonde hair was styled in messy but elegant waves.

Another of her sultry outfits drew attention with cut-outs on the chest and torso, crystal embellished hearts and fitted trousers that hugged her curves.

“Lots of good girls with a little bit of rage,” Ballerini captioned the post.
