Yet another love is blind the couple bit the dust.

If you watched the seventh season of the show, you know that Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis went through a rough patch right from the start.

This will happen when, a few days before your wedding, your fiancée finds out that you weren't “just a sperm donor”, but that you actually have three children whose lives you are still involved in.

It was a tricky situation: Tyler insisted that he was simply helping a friend by getting her pregnant, and that he only became a father figure to her children after the friend's partner left.

But even if this is true, the initial dishonesty set a bad precedent for dishonesty early on.

And LiB fans probably won't be surprised to learn that Ashley and Tyler have now called it quits.

“After much consideration, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Ashley revealed in a statement to People. “While I hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”

“This is not a decision I made lightly, but I know it is necessary for my own growth and peace. Even though this chapter ends, I will always respect the time and love we shared,” she continued, adding:

“I kindly ask for privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Tyler initially claimed he had no connection with his biological children. But while the show was airing, photos emerged showing him spending Christmas morning with the kids.

“There are photos of me everywhere. I played a role that got really shaky with a friend,” he explained. “There are no rules to follow…but I want people to know that Ashley knows all of this. t is news to the world, it has never been news to us.

Ashley also defended Tyler's decision to stay involved in the children's lives.

“For people to insinuate that she was blindsided, that she didn't know, is an insult to my intelligence,” she said, adding that she and Tyler discussed the situation “in some capacity.” extent” off camera, but “there were things he was comfortable sharing and things he wasn't.

Tyler's heart may have been in the right place in all of this, but it's hard enough to form a lasting bond on a reality show — and throwing a big old lie into the mix certainly doesn't help.
