Diddy Sues Man For Claiming He Has Tapes Of Alleged Assaults

Splitting is firmly behind the innocence he has maintained since his arrest. And he doesn't go out fighting legitimately either. He has already pleaded guilty to his charges. Now he is legitimately knocking back at Courtney Burgesswho recently told the world he had tapes of the producer's alleged freak-offs and sexual assaults.

In response, Sean Combs filed a lawsuit on Wednesday (January 22) against Burgess and others, such as the owner of Newsnation. He wants $50 million in defamation damages.

“People who heard and believed the defendant's lies have accused combs on social media, consumed by hundreds of millions of viewers every day, of being a twisted 'monster' and a pedophile,” the lawsuit states.

As previously reported, Sean Combs is sitting in a Brooklyn jail cell for his sex trafficking and racketeering The trial begins in May. Note that Diddy and Courtney Burgess are not friends or personal acquaintances. He claims a third party gave him the tapes, but he believes they came from the late Kim Porter.
