“Ahsoka” will replace the late “Star Wars” actor Ray Stevenson

He praised both Filoni and the longtime collaborator Jon Favreau for their unique ability to bring out the best in their actors, calling them “the humility of greatness”, truly “empowering, wonderful and humbling”.

When asked about his passion for the show, Stevenson went on to say that “there's a real love there, and you feel like it's reverberated like a tsunami of love from the fans now… it's from the cast and crew as well. We just want to bring that to the audience, who deserves it, and give them everything, and they facilitate the work only with their best.
