Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes are officially down in numbers as they have welcomed their third child.
“•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25🎀✨,” the pair captioned. Instagram a record of their newborn daughter's footsteps on Monday, January 13.
The couple, who tied the knot in March 2022, are already parents to daughter Sterling and son Bronze, who arrived in February 2021 and November 2022, respectively.
Patrick and Brittany announced her third pregnancy via Instagram in July 2024. “Round three we're here,” they captioned a video of their two children showing off sonogram photos of the baby as the family dressed in matching white outfits.
Later that month, the couple announced they were expecting a baby girl in a statement Instagram video their tic-tac-toe theme is revealed.
Days after confirming Brittany's pregnancy, Patrick revealed if they wanted to expand his family after the arrival of baby No. 3. “I'm done, I'll say that,” he told reporters at the Kansas City Chiefs training camp press conference in July 2024. “I said three and it's done.”
However, Patrick took over their brood. “It's great. … I always wanted the kids to be young,” he explained. “I had to grow up in the dressing room and it had such a big impact on my life. We now have our third child. … Brittany is doing great and we still go out and enjoy our lives.
In the years since they became parents, Patrick has praised Brittany for her devotion to their family.
“I don't think people even realize how much she does,” he told the Impaulsive podcast in May 2024. “I think taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making sure I can focus on football. and focus on my craft and everything like that.
He continued: “(She) a Hall of Fame Mom and a Hall of Fame wife (which makes it a lot easier). I think when you come home and your best friend is there and you can just hang out, you want to be there all the time and she pushes me to be great and she's done a lot of great things herself. “
As for Brittany, she raved about her experience as a mother in March 2024. “I think I've been called mom since I was little,” she said. She knows at that time. “Just seeing my kids grow up and the things they learn and the things they pick up from their dad…when we have our first experience with them, taking them somewhere, seeing them happy and bright and in a good mood when we do stuff probably the biggest thing i like.
