Both spent time behind bars.

According to TMZ, Chase was booked on Jan. 9 at the Fulton County Jail on a charge of simple battery. He posed for a mugshot shortly after and was later released on $10,000 bail.

Police told the aforementioned entertainment outlet that the misdemeanor charge stems from an incident at the “Twin Peaks” bar on Monday… during which Chase became involved with the saloon manager, one Brendon Nash.

Based on a 911 audio recording obtained by TMZ, Nash asked the dispatcher for police help while repeatedly telling someone — Chase, we can only assume — not to touch it.

Nash also says during this call that the drunk and aggressive suspect attacked him with a chair…and then we can hear Nash getting slapped.

Chrisley eventually left the scene, but was then arrested Thursday evening.

The 28-year-old is the son of Todd and Julie Chrisley, both of whom were sentenced in 2022 for bank and tax fraud.

The couple had not spoken for more than a year during their incarceration.

Todd has repeatedly stated that he was abused while a ward of the state.

The former USA Network personality even called NewsNation himself about a year ago and told that network that the food served to inmates at the prison was “disgustingly filthy” and “at least a year out of date.” year”.

He claimed the warehouse where the food is kept is infested with mice and squirrels…and the ceiling had to be removed because of black mold.

“They found a dead cat in the ceiling (which) fell on the food,” Chrisley said at the time.

For his part, Chase appeared with his sister, Savannah, in Growing Up Chrisley from 2019 to 2022 and he was also featured in Chrisley Knows Best, which catapulted Todd and Julie to stardom.
