According to TMZChrisley was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday, Jan. 9. Additionally, the reality star was reportedly charged with simple battery and had a shot taken.

Despite this, Chrisley was reportedly released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Here's why Chase ended up behind bars in Georgia

Chase Chrisley was reportedly charged with battery on Monday, January 6 at a bar in Twin Peaks. While there, Chrisley began an argument with Brandon Nashbar manager.

Additionally, the 911 audio reportedly shows Nash's account of the incident, with him allegedly telling Chrisley “not to touch” him.

“…the cops are coming,” Nash may be telling Chrisley on the 911 call. “…Don't touch me! Don't touch me!”

As Nash continues to speak to the operator, another voice is heard saying: “I don't have to touch you—I don't have to touch you!”

Additionally, Nash claimed that Chrisley “assaulted” him after he politely asked Chrisley to leave the facility.

“I want nothing more than for him to go,” Nash told the operator.

Finally, Nash remarked that Chrisley was “militantly drunk” and punched him in the face.

An attorney for Chase Chrisley has not yet responded to a request for comment, according to the outlet.
