Dave Portnoy Reveals Grace O'Malley's Barstool Salary

According to a former Barstool Sports employee Grace O'Malley demanded his former Uncut Bri plan co-host Brianna “Fried Chicken” LaPaglia was making more money than her, Dave decided to set the record straight.

“It bothers me when people make it seem like they’re not being paid fairly,” the Barstool Sports CEO said in a statement. TikTok video from January 8. “And I think we treated, as I said from the beginning, Grace very well.”

To support his request, the 47-year-old man detailed the salary of the 26-year-old.

“She (Grace) was finishing her third year at Barstool,” he said. “His base salary, $175,000 per year. On top of that, she got 70% of everything we were able to sell on her personal social media. So if we had similar ads, like, “Hey Grace, do this on your Instagram,” she would get 70% of that. Thus, she obtained an additional $75,000 in 2024.”

“Total salary for last year, a quarter of a million, $250,000 for Grace,” he continued. “I think it’s pretty fair, pretty good.”
