Diddy's ex Kat Pasion alleges a non-consensual incident in a new document

Diddy's ex-girlfriend Kat Passion claims the incident was accidental in the new doc It Was Scary 747.

New documentaries The Fall of Diddy features interviews with people who have known and worked with Sean “Diddy” combs over the years – including his ex-girlfriend Four passionswho speaks for the first time.

Pasiona shared her story in the final episode of the four-part documentary series, which premieres Monday, Jan. 27, on Investigation Discovery. “I wasn't sure if I wanted to speak my story and make it public,” she explained. “In the last maybe 11 months, I've decided to speak my truth and take my power back.”

According to Pasion, she first got in touch with Diddy, now 55, after his divorce on-off girlfriend Cassie and the death of his former partner in November 2018 Kim Porter. Passion noted that she too had recently lost someone, so they initially bonded over their grief.

“He said certain things like, 'I'm trying to do things differently this time,'” she recalled. “At the time, I didn't understand what he meant. What was different about the present than before? And then it started to filter out as, as the months went by, I began to see another side of him—one that I didn't like.

At one point, Pasion claimed Diddy grabbed her neck after a verbal altercation.

“He put his hand on my neck, but he didn't, like, touch my neck yet — it was just hovering,” she claimed. “We were looking at each other and I was like, 'Don't you dare' and 'You wouldn't do that because I'm going to call the police, I'm going to do anything.' And he just started laughing and playing it off as a joke and he was just joking and we we started having fun again.

Later, Pasion got carried away by something Diddy allegedly said while on vacation to the Bahamas in 2019. The couple had watched a few Lifetime documentaries Survived by R. Kellydetailing sexual assault allegations against Kelly, 58.

“He walks out of the room and says, 'There's a little R. Kelly in all of us,' and then walks out the door,” Pasion said. “I remember being like, 'What?' We all have an iota of R. Kelly in us. However, I did not realize the seriousness of this statement until later.

Later that year, Passion moved back to her native Canada, where she was living when the coronavirus pandemic began. As a result, she stayed there for a year and a half and did not see Diddy again until 2021. When she returned to the US, Diddy allegedly asked her to join him in California while he was working Love Album: Off the Grid.

“It was more like a friendship at that point,” Passion said of her relationship with Diddy, noting that they spent “all night” in the studio before the day's pool party. “It wasn't until the last night that he blacked out.”

Pasion claimed she was in bed while Diddy snorted what she thought about you otherwise known as pink cocaine.

“He was in the bathroom for hours and I'm sleeping and he comes out of the bathroom and wakes me up,” she claimed. “He tells me I can't go to bed, he expects X, Y and Z from me and he pushes himself.”

Pasion didn't want to 'relive that memory' in too much detail, saying: 'It was just scary, to be honest. Because his whole tone changed.

Although she didn't say what happened, she claimed it was “not consensual.” She added: “The person who came out of the bathroom and woke me up was someone who was – I didn't even know him. And I knew I was never going to see him again and I never wanted to remember or repeat what happened and I was just numb and suppressed it.

After the alleged incident, Passion wrote about it in her journal. Two weeks later, she claimed she received a call from Diddy's assistant who said the mogul wanted to talk to her.

“He's on the phone, he's starting to threaten me and my livelihood,” Pasion said. “'I can call the embassy and deport you back to Canada, you don't know what you're dealing with, you don't know what I can do to you.'” And he's yelling at me, he's full throttle, I can't even get a word in. I think at the end of the conversation, which lasted less than a few minutes, I said, “You're a demon.” And he hung up.

In response to Passion's claims, Diddy's rep issued the following statement: “As we've said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous. Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the trial. In court, the truth will prevail: that the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction.

Didi has been in prison since September 2024 after his arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied the charges against him and did not admit his guilt for all costs.

The Fall of Diddy premieres on Investigation Discovery Monday, January 27 and Tuesday, January 28 at 9 p.m. ET. Episodes will also be available to stream on Max.
