“He was at every one of my dance performances since I was literally 16 years old. He supports everything I do and vice versa,” exclaimed Lindsay. “The most important thing is to fall in love with your partner and what they do. Even if you don't really understand or feel the same way about their passions, just fall in love with the fact that they are so passionate about something and support them in everything.
Now, Lindsay, a friend's sister DWTS pro Rylee Arnold— found a new passion and community with other Utah-based moms, sharing glimpses into her life as a mother of two on social media. But at first, sharing your life with strangers was not an easy task.
“At the time, I had a social media following of people who watched and followed me purely because of Dancing with the stars” Lindsay noted. “It was scary, because I was wondering: Are they just going to hate me if I say, 'Sorry guys, I don't do it anymore.' Am I going to be a mother?' Maybe people hate moms. But it's been so cool, because every step of the way, by truly being myself and sharing what I do, my career, my engagement, and my community have naturally evolved in the most perfect way.
