Lindsay Arnold couldn't be happier with the results augmentation and lifting of her breasts.
“I'm on day three of surgery, and I'm honestly feeling really good today,” Arnold, 31, said on Sunday, Jan. 19. TikTok. “Yesterday was the hardest day. The surgery went great. Everything went as expected.”
The Dancing with the stars alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range that she thought would initially be 245cc to 300cc. Before the surgery, however, Arnold changed her mind to be in the 265cc to 285cc range, but was “leaning more towards” the 265cc.
“He'll try them on during surgery and see what looks best on your frame, what fills everything out the best,” Arnold noted. “And so I thought, 'I'll leave it up to you.' I'm leaning more towards the 265(cc). He also agreed, but said he would do what looked best in surgery.
Arnold noted that she used a Motiva ergonomic implant. “Motiva is a brand of silicone implants, and ergonomics means its rigidity. I wanted a very natural, very likeable, flexible, not super tight,” she explained. “So I think you could do circular or ergo (there are) different options. So I went with the Motiva Ergo.
In the end, Arnold received 265cc implants on both sides, which she said she was “so happy” with the size.

“They're definitely swollen, like they haven't settled at all. Obviously it's only been three days, but I can already see the potential,” she said. “And I'm really, really happy that I went with the size that we went with. I think I would be shocked if they were even bigger.
After the surgery, Arnold said she had a “scar around the nipple” called an “anchor scar.” She added: “With the lift, they moved some of that extra skin, moving the nipple higher on the chest.”
As for her profile, Arnold opted for a moderate plus and also chose to have the procedure done in her muscle.
“My surgeon does this quite often and is a big believer in the technique because you don't have to cut into the pec muscle, which was very appealing to me,” Arnold said. “I'm a very active person and I didn't want anything to interfere with my muscle function. Recovery is much easier because you don't have to wait for the muscles to heal.
Arnold also received a “GalaFLEX,” which she explained was “an inner mesh bra that they put underneath.”
“After about 18 months it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but really it's just to help support the bottom, which I really like,” she said. “So there you have it. That's all about my brush, augmentation and lift. I'm very happy with the results so far and I know they'll only get better as they heal and settle into everything.
Sharing the results of the surgery, Arnold said her fans are “so supportive” of her decision.
“Even if you don't agree with it, like you don't want to do it yourself, I appreciate the respect that I wanted to do it for myself,” she said.
After Arnold shared her decision to get a breast augmentation and lift in a separate TikTok video, she said she initially wanted to undergo the procedure once. she and her husband, Sam Cusickhad stopped having children.
While she and Cusick are “not done having kids yet,” Arnold noted that the couple is in no rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)
“I just decided I didn't want to wait,” she said in December 2024. “Obviously (I) know there's a chance I'll need a raise later in life, but I just don't want to wait any longer. … We're just putting (family planning) on hold a little bit longer.”
