Previously, we reported about Erin Strotman, a nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Henrico Doctors Hospital in Virginia, who was arrested and charged with malicious wounding and child abuse after a video revealed she broke a child's leg and ribs. 5 month old black baby, and could have caused injuries to several others.

Daily Mail obtained the corresponding police report written by Detective Megan Lynch and released the very disturbing details of Strotman's sick behavior.

'MS. Strotman was observed to place his weight on YH’s legs,” added Lynch.

“YH appeared to be crying and in distress,” the detective wrote, noting that the boy’s left leg was moving normally but his right was not.

What makes this story all the more ironic and infuriating is that the video revealing the abuse against Strotman was made the same day she and three other co-workers were allowed to return to work after being suspended for a year, while investigators searched for clues to the abuse committed against Strotman. four other children. Daily Mail also spoke to a source who attended nursing school with Strotman, and that person didn't mince words. They outright stated that they thought Strotman was racist.

“I really felt like she was racist, she was deeply rooted in the South,” they explained.

“I was surprised what she did, but I’m not surprised it was her. If anyone had done something crazy, she would have been at the top of the list.
