Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter is donating its real estate services to those displaced by the wildfires raging in the greater Los Angeles area.
“My favorite part of real estate is helping people provide a place where life happens. It's heartbreaking to think of so many people losing out,” Gina, 40, wrote Instagram on Sunday, January 12, alongside a video of her and a friend Travis Mullen. In the video, the couple explained their plan to help those moving to Orange County from Los Angeles.
“We've been thinking about ways we can try to help in a meaningful way,” Travis said in the video. “So, The Gated Group, along with our team, have decided to help anyone who is displaced from Los Angeles by the fires and chooses to come to Orange County.”
Gina added, “Whether it's a rental or you need to buy a home in Orange County, Gated Group will represent you and 100% of the commission will be donated directly to you or to any relief fund that helps anyone and everyone affected by the fires.” .
In her caption, Gina also directed her followers to real estate Kyle Wieselwhich offers similar real estate services to those moving to San Diego from Los Angeles because of the fires.
“And for anyone wanting to go to San Diego, contact @kylewhissel… he has kindly offered to do the same ❤️,” she wrote. “Stay safe, you are in our hearts LA County ❤️.”
Tens of thousands of people have been forced to evacuate due to the ongoing wildfires that have been raging since the morning of Tuesday, January 7. The windstorm sparked fast-moving brush fires in the Pacific Palisades and other Los Angeles neighborhoods, destroying or severely damaging more than 12,000 structures.

There are several celebrities gave a helping hand since the fires started. Jamie Lee Curtis on Thursday, Jan. 9, announced that she will donate $1 million to relief efforts Sharon Stone is partnering with Los Angeles store The Coop to collect donations for people who have been displaced.
“This is a great time to reach out to anyone who lives in Los Angeles who you think might be in some sort of traumatic shock and grief over the loss of their homes and the devastation of their neighborhoods and communities, offer your hand, home and resources,” Curtis wrote via Instagram on Thursday. “We will have to come together like we probably never have before in the City of Angels and help each other. AND WE WILL!”
