Gisele Bundchen posts an inspiring message to kick off the New Year

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen gave her Instagram followers a message about nurturing energy in ways that spread love and compassion.

Bündchen's post comes days after her ex-husband, Tom Bradyflashed back to 2024, revealing that it didn't work out the way he wanted.

The Victoria's Secret model is pregnant by boyfriend and jiu-jitsu trainer Joaquim Valente, which reportedly shocked Brady.

On Friday, Bündchen took to her Instagram page to share a powerful message with her more than 23 million followers.

She started“The New Year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what new things we want to create in our lives.”

Bündchen pointed out that everyone is responsible for where they choose to focus their energy and what they create. She added, “So that you can choose to feed your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion—for yourself and for others.”

The 44-year-old wished her followers endless blessings and an extraordinary journey in the new year. She concluded: “Let's make 2025 amazing! Sending everyone so much love.”

Bundchen accompanied her post with three captivating images that showcase her love for nature.

In the first picture, she was posing with a yellow flower above her forehead and smiling. The background of the photo was green vegetation.

The second snapshot showed heart-shaped clouds in a beautiful sunset, while the third photo showed Bündchen sitting on the grass watching the sunset. She spread her arms wide to savor the experience.

However, the model didn't show any glimpses of her baby bump.

Bündchen's post comes days after her ex-husband and NFL icon Tom Brady reflected on the past year with post on Instagram.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner shared his three children, Jack, 17, who he shares with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, who he shares with Bündchen.

Brady wrote in the caption of the post, “I couldn't think of a better way to ring in the new year than with the loves of my life. Reflecting on the past year and thinking about the year ahead, there is no better perspective than looking at these three and always trying to be better for them every day and to help them move the best they can.”

The father of three expressed gratitude for “the experience, the blessings, the family, friends and everyone else who has influenced me along the way.” He also said he is “blessed with joy and gratitude” in his life.

The former New England Patriots star explained, “No year goes exactly the way we want, but when I think about 2024, I couldn't think of anything better. So many new experiences that I got to share with amazing people, especially three . beautiful angels in these photos.”

Brady ended his lengthy caption by wishing his followers a happy and healthy 2025 before adding: “The best is yet to come!”

Bündchen, who divorced Brady in 2022, has been dating Joaquim Valente since June 2023. PEOPLE magazine that the expectant mother and her boyfriend are happy about the baby's arrival.

The former quarterback also reportedly found his ex-wife's pregnancy a “hard pill to swallow” and needed time to process it.

According to an insider, Brady still wants Bündchen's well-being because she is the mother of two of his children.
