Hilary Swank posts a rare photo of one of her twins

Actress Hilary Swank celebrated with a heartfelt Instagram post addressing caregivers and those dealing with loss.

The 50-year-old actress, who welcomed twins Oma and Aya in April 2023, shared a rare photo of one of her children.

Known for leading a private life, Swank has previously defended her decision to have children after a successful career in Hollywood.

Alongside the post, she shared a rare picture of one of her twins. The snapshot showed the actress wearing a red sweater with khaki pants.

Swanka smiled as she posed in front of the family Christmas tree. She stood next to one of her children, who was wearing only a diaper and playing with one of the tree decorations.

However, the image did not reveal the baby's face.

In the caption of the post, Swank wished her followers “Happy Holidays” and thanked her Instagram community.

She wished everyone a “restful and restorative time” as they go about their daily activities.

Also the “Million Dollar Baby” actress wrote“I feel so connected to all the caregivers who have so many balls in the air and so little time for themselves.”

Swank who lost his dad In 2021, there was also a message for those dealing with the loss of a loved one. She wrote: “As is anyone going through loss in any way. Grieving is hard work, especially this time of year. Huge love to you all.”

She told the show's co-hosts she was excited to share the news, adding: “It's something I've wanted for a long time, and the next thing is I'm going to be a mom. And not just one. But two.”

Swanka admitted that she could not believe that she would become a mother. She later appeared on “Live With Kelly and Ryan” and said per Sixth page“I feel great right now.”

The news of Swank's pregnancy delighted her fans, as she had previously spoken about her desire to have children.

In 2006, she told People“I would definitely like to have kids someday. It's definitely something I've always thought about as a very, very young girl.”

On April 9, 2023, Hilary Swank announced that she and her husband, Philip Schneider, had congratulated the twins.

She announced it via post on Instagramwhere she shared a photo of herself holding her newborn babies — a boy and a girl — to her chest as she gazed into the sunset.

In the caption of the post, Swank wrote, “It wasn't easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. Happy Easter! sent from heaven.”

Many of Swank's fans congratulated her on the birth of the miraculous babies. One fan wrote of the view in a photo the actress shared: “I agree! This area with the spectacular view is pure heaven! A little late but congrats on the new little ones!”

Another fan wrote: “Amazing,” while a third commented: “Congratulations, being a mom is the best job there is.”

During the interview with AdditionallySwank explained, “I had a career and I didn't have the right relationship until … four years ago, and all the elements that needed to come together and be right.”

She added: “It's just something that I thought about even as a young girl. It's something that was on my mind, so it's nice to be here and to be pregnant.”

Swank married Schneider in August 2018. Vogue described their wedding, held at the Santa Lucia Reservation in Carmel, California, as a “timeless” ceremony. The lovebirds met for a year and a half before getting engaged in 2016.

Schneider is Swank's second husband. She was previously married to actor Chad Lowe. Swank and Chad married in September 1997, but announced their separation in January 2006. The former couple finalized their divorce in November 2007.
