Samantha Rose Baldwin doesn't leave any felines behind.
Amid the devastating fires in Los Angeles, the actress, who appeared in the series' second season Gossip Girl restart– braved the flames to save her 10-year-old tortoiseshell cat, Kitty.

After being forced to abandon her car in a sea of people trying to evacuate the area, the 26-year-old explained how she ran 15 minutes home and did everything she could to save her fur baby.
“It took me 20 minutes to find her,” Samantha remembers. “She had gone to her best hiding place, which was inside the sofa. I grabbed her, wrapped her in a blanket and put her in my cat carrier backpack.
“Once outside,” she continued, “the fire got closer to us and the path to my car was no longer an option.”
