Hugh Jackman exchanged his claws for applause as he supported Sutton Foster during his last show.
The actor, recently seen on screen in the role of Logan in Deadpool and Wolverinelooked at his old Music man a costar stars in the musical comedy play Once upon a time there was a mattress at the Ahmanson Theater in Los Angeles on January 4 Two Me reported.
In one photo, Jackman is seen sitting next to Carole Burnettwho played the role of Foster, that of Princess Winnifred, in the original 1959 Broadway production. At the Jan. 4 show, the penultimate of the tour's Los Angeles residency, the audience applauded for the 91-year-old during intermission, a witness told the outlet.
Like Burnett, Jackman, 56, and Foster, 49, are both veteran stage performers. The two have known each other for over 20 years and have long supported each other's careers. In late 2021, they became colleagues and starred together in a Broadway revival of The music man which lasted for about a year until January 2023.
