Jen Shah will be released in 2026 after a third reduced sentence

In July 2022, Shah pleaded guilty to participating in a nationwide telemarketing scheme that targeted and defrauded the elderly and vulnerable.

She was originally sentenced to six and a half years in prison in January 2023, but her original sentence was reduced by a year two months later.

Shah will celebrate next Thanksgiving with her family after her prison sentence was commuted for the third time.
