Jennifer Aydin is under fire for slamming 'Disgusting' Jersey Mike

On Wednesday, the reality star shared a video of herself and a relative stopping for sandwiches at the popular chain before heading out on vacation.

In the now-viral clip, Jennifer Aydin expressed her frustration with the service and wait time at the eatery.

The video quickly sparked a backlash online, with many fans accusing Aydin of being ageist and disrespecting service members.

“For the 80-year-old woman who worked there, the time she spent cutting the bread was almost as long as we waited on that line. Taking to her social media, Aydina described an escalating dispute that began when she tried to change her order after she had already placed an order.

The Bravo star then told her followers that she tried to add a tuna sub to her order for one of her sons after she had already placed the original order. According to Aydin, the staff informed her that she would either have to go back to the end of the line or ask the customer behind her for permission to add an extra sandwich.

However, the man in line reportedly rejected her request, calling it “ridiculous” and not allowing her to change her order as it would have added to his waiting time.

Aydin claimed that the man in the row behind her, whom she described as a 'freaking jerk', became agitated during the exchange. She then proceeded to record both the man and Jersey Mike's employees, further escalating the situation.

According to Aydin, the man identified himself as a law professor and allegedly threatened to sue her over her “fake” jewelry if she posted the video online. In response, Aydin shot back, saying, “Fake diamonds, b-tch? What you don't know – better ask someone. Please.”

She continued her tirade, adding: “I'm a fabulous celebrity, you piece of shit!” addressing another waiting customer.

The reality TV star even tagged Jersey Mike's in her posts, bringing more attention to the incident. Sixth page reported that they have reached out to Jersey Mike's corporate team for a statement, but have yet to receive an official response.

While hot sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are known to take longer to make than cold sandwiches, it remains unclear what Aydin originally ordered for herself.

Aydin later shared a video she recorded during the altercation, which shows both the staff and the man in question. In the clip, she can be heard defending her jewelry and insisting that it is in fact 'real'. She also mentioned her husband, Bill Eidin, claiming he was a “doctor” as part of her defense.

Critics said food service workers, especially older workers, often face challenges in a fast-paced environment and deserve patience and respect, not public ridicule. “DON'T YOU JUST FUCK AN OLDER PERSON. You're disgusting,” one TikToker commented.

“I'm ashamed of her kids,” said another. “Can you imagine a mother like her running around town talking to people like that.”

Others called the star “rude”, “disgraceful” and “embarrassing”.

The comments didn't stop there as another social media user wrote: “It was not a good look for her, she was disrespectful.”

“Imagine laughing at poor women (sic) just trying to do their job at the busiest time of the year and putting them to shame at the worst (sic) age. Unreal,” said another user on Instagram.

Jennifer Aydin has yet to comment on the now-viral video.
