The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin she is facing a lot of backlash after a viral video showed her punching a Jersey Mike's employee, with fans accusing her of age-shaming and flaunting her elitist attitude.

A clip filmed at the airport at Jersey Mike's Subs is shown Jennifer complains about employees, a fellow customer and the service she received while on vacation.

In the video Jennifer Aydin expressed frustration after waiting in line for what she said felt like “forever.” She singled out an elderly employee at the sandwich chain, saying: “The 80-year-old who worked there, the time she spent cutting the bread was almost as long as we waited on that line. Uncle.”
She continued: “Everything was slow… we got it. It's early in the morning, you're in a bad mood, it's New Year's – you're working. I would be angry too. “
Jennifer also claimed the employee acted like she “couldn't hear” her when she tried to change her order. The Bravo star wanted to add a tuna boat to her son's original order, but was told she would have to go back in line.
Collision with another customer
The situation escalated when Jennifer asked the man behind her in line if he would let her add to her order, a request he called “ridiculous.” Jennifer then began recording the interaction, calling the man a “crazy moron.”
According to Jenniferthe man claimed to be a law professor and threatened to sue her over her “fake” jewelry if she posted the video online. In response, Jennifer shot back, “Fake diamonds, bitch? What you don't know – better ask someone, please.
In the video Jennifer also reminded the man of her celebrity status, saying, “I'm a freaking celebrity, jerk!” In addition, she defended her jewelry, telling her husband: Bill Eidinis a “medical doctor” and all her diamonds are “real”.
Fans react to Jennifer's behavior
The video, which went viral on social media, quickly drew criticism from fans and critics alike. Many were shocked Jennifer comments about an elderly employee and her treatment of Jersey Mike's staff.
“Ewww, just ewww! She thinks she did something here? All she did was prove how vile she is!! Disgusting! 🤮,” one user wrote on Reddit.
Another added: “Imagine laughing at a poor woman just trying to do her job at the busiest time of the year and making it worse by shaming her because of her age. Unreal.”
Critics also panned Jennifer about himself as a celebrity. “Only in her mind is she a celebrity! No wonder her husband stays in the pool house — I would too,” quipped one commenter.
The RHONJ is currently on hiatus as Bravo and Andy Cohen are reportedly considering a major shakeup for Season 15. Jennifer returns to the franchise remains to be seen, but her latest controversy has certainly kept her name in the headlines.
