After a challenging 2024, Joshua Hall is ready to leave the past behind and embrace the new year with a fresh perspective.

In July 2024, news emerged that the television personality and his wife Christina Hall (née Haack), had decided to end their marriage after more than two years together. The two filed for divorce on July 15, with Joshua listing their divorce date as July 8 and Christina listing it as July 7.

While Joshua Hall didn't directly address the split in his recent update, he did share a moment of gratitude, noting that despite the struggles, 2024 “wasn't so bad” thanks to the support of those close to him.

Ringing in the New Year, Hall opened up about the “tough year” he endured in 2024. While it had its moments, he admitted, “It helped me grow and be stronger than ever.”

“Sometimes tough situations can change you. You end up being a different person. A better version of yourself,” he continued. “You learn things about yourself that you didn't know before. It's opened my eyes to a lot of things. Even though it was hard, I know it taught me a lot and I'm grateful for that. I always tell myself that God gives his hardest battles for his strongest soldiers.”

Joshua Hall started dating Christina Hall shortly after her divorce from Ant Anstead in 2021. The couple married in 2022 and went on to star in several HGTV series, including Christina on the Coast and Christina in the Country.

The duo was also set to compete against Christina's ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa on the upcoming HGTV series “The Flip Off.” However, after their split, plans for the show have changed.

Hall added that the lessons helped him understand “who is really there for you. These people become your pillars in life. They stand by you.”

“They understand when you need space. They've got you, even if you don't have it right now,” Hall wrote. “I will forever be grateful to my community that continues to love me, support me and the special people who came into my life.”

The realtor ended his Instagram post by looking ahead to 2025, calling it “a new year, a new beginning and a chance to write a new book with some new beginnings.”

“This WILL be my best year yet,” he concluded.
