Justin Baldoni smiles for photos with fans at Blake Lively's $400 million lawsuit

It seems that Justin Baldoni not too upset about the rival lawsuit, he and Blake Lively have exchanged the drama of 'It Ends With Us'.

While the “Gossip Girl” star accused the director of sexual harassment and a smear campaign to ruin her career, he has accused him of trying to remove the film's creative direction and isolate the cast and crew with fabricated claims.

While there have been some pretty shocking claims and alleged text messages in the media surrounding their court filings, Baldoni didn't seem too worried as he kicked off the new year with his family on a trip to Maui.

On Saturday, Justin Baldoni was leaving a store in Maui when he was stopped by a group of fans who demanded pictures of the actor. He seemed all too happy to do so as he posed for photos wearing shorts, a t-shirt and a black baseball cap.

In one of the photos, he can be seen smiling as he poses next to a girl. He has his arm around her as he leans into the photo, but it's clear he's not touching her or actually making contact. With the sexual harassment allegations Lively has leveled against him, it seems he's doing his best to keep a clean slate in light of the lawsuit.

In her lengthy legal filing, “The Shallows” actress accused Baldoni of showing nude photos of other women and discussing his alleged addiction to pornography. She also claims that on the set of “It Ends With Us” he talked about his intimate encounters with other women and body shaming them. She sued him for mental anguish and emotional distress.

Baldoni and his production studio, Wayfarer Studios, dropped their lawsuit against Lively and her “Deadpool” star husband. Ryan Reynolds. He accused Lively and her publicist Leslie Sloan of trying to destroy his career with a sexual harassment lawsuit. He also claims that she tried to take control of the film from him.

The drama surrounding the lawsuits has taken an interesting turn. According to Daily mailA source close to the “Bad Blood” singer is “confused” as to why she was named in the lawsuit.

“Taylor is proud of the film because it featured her music, which made her feel like a part of it, even though she wasn't fully aware of the scope of the project,” the insider shared.

They went on to say that her relationship with Lively is “purely friendship, with no interest in influencing or controlling Blake's projects.”

According to the source, Swift didn't even intend to attend the meeting, but happened to be at her friend's house when the meeting took place. The insider went on to say that the pop star “finds Justin's interpretation of the meeting confusing, and those close to her suspect that she is being dragged into the situation as a means of targeting Blake.”

“It was the first time Taylor met Justin,” they continued. “She had no idea who he was and Taylor was just being polite. She was polite to him like she was to everyone she met.”
