According to TV DetailsThis season's Full-Time Housewives, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Mia Thornton, Keiarna Stewart, Wendy Osefo and Stacey Rusch, were on hand for the reunion taping — except for Huger.

As BOSSIP previously reported, Huger missed the reunion taping because she was in rehab. His representatives released a statement after fans pointed out the RHOP the absence of the star.

“Karen made the important decision to enter a private recovery program and therefore was unable to attend the reunion taping today,” said her manager, Ryan Tresdale. “She was fully supported in this choice. We support Karen as she embarks on this meaningful journey and are proud of her for taking such an important step in her personal development.

The timing of the announcement raised the question of whether there was more to the story. Some suspected this could mean the beginning of the end for Huger on the franchise. However, TV Details reports that she entered a rehabilitation center weeks before the reunion was recorded. The outlet also confirmed that the Bravo network was aware of Huger's decision to seek treatment and fully supported it.

Although the reunion wouldn't be the same without her, Bravo wouldn't bring Huger back unless she cleaned up after her drunk driving conviction. Additionally, rumors that the treatment was court-ordered have been denied. The Surry County queen reportedly voluntarily asked for the help she needed.

You may remember that Karen Huger first made headlines in March 2024 after she was involved in a car accident in Maryland. She was arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving. Shortly after her arrest, Huger released a statement saying she was “emotional” after meeting with a friend and discussing sensitive topics.

“With the passing of my beloved mother, grief comes and goes in waves, and as Mother’s Day approaches, it feels more like a tsunami,” she said. “Last night I met a girlfriend for dinner and we talked and covered some very emotionally sensitive topics. I was crying when I got home and saw a car heading straight towards me.

Law enforcement officials say RHOP the veteran crossed a median and struck several road signs. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured and first responders pulled Huger from his burning Maserati with only a few bruises.

During the ninth season of The Real Housewives of Potomacthe arrest and car crash were discussed between the ladies, and the “Grande Dame” denied allegations of alcoholism or wrongdoing. She said the truth would be revealed in court. Even though the truth was revealed, it may not be what Huger expected. After body camera footage from the night of the car crash was played for the jury, it was later made public.

The footage shows Ms Huger in a less than favorable light as she struggled to speak and struggled to communicate with those around her. However, she maintained that she had not drunk much, which the police denied, saying that she had been “hammered”. A separate clip shows Huger chatting with police officers after being arrested, and she continues to curse and talk about unrelated topics. At one point, she claimed that she was Thomas Jefferson's concubine.

Huger was convicted of DUI and DWI, negligently operating a vehicle in a careless and reckless manner, and endangering property, life and persons. She faces up to two years in prison and is due to appear in court for sentencing on January 29.
