Fantastic news out of the UK today, as Kate Middleton has revealed she is in complete remission from her cancer.
The news comes a year after Kate stepped away from public life, a decision that sparked widespread speculation about her well-being.
In September, Kate announced that she had completed chemotherapy, but Prince William noted that she “still has a long road ahead” of recovery.
A day of celebration
Earlier today, Kate made a surprise visit to the hospital where she received chemotherapy.
She met with doctors and offered support to patients currently battling cancer.
Shortly after, Kate announced that she and William had become clients of the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
This was followed by another joyous announcement, as Kate took Instagram to share his latest health update.

“I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Royal Marsden for taking such good care of me over the past year,” the Princess of Wales wrote.
“My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who walked quietly alongside William and I as we navigated it all,” she continued.
“We couldn't have asked for more. The care and guidance we received throughout my patient journey was exceptional.
Kate's new role
From there, Kate explained her decision to become an official royal patron of the state-of-the-art establishment.
“In my new role as co-sponsor of the Royal Marsden, I hope that by supporting ground-breaking research and clinical excellence, as well as promoting the wellbeing of patients and their families, we can save many more lives and transform the experience of all those affected. by cancer,” she wrote.
“It’s a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on recovery.”
“As anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer knows, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. However, I am looking forward to a busy year ahead. There is much to hope for. Thank you all for your continued support,” Kate’s message concludes.
