Kendra Wilkinson knows that she is not that girl anymore.
The Girls Next Door alum and Playboy the founder Hugh HefnerHer ex-girlfriend took to Instagram on Sunday (January 12) to defend her appearance amid social media criticism of her weight.
“Yes, I've gained weight. Yes, I'm getting older. Yes, I'm not the girl I used to be (Playboy girl) 🤣 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy,” Wilkinson, 39, wrote alongside her body for the mirror image of the structure.
A mom of two who shares son Hank IV15, and daughter Alia, 10, with her ex-husband Hank Baskettadded: “Children are my everything. I feel quite balanced. Exercise and cook a lot more. Golf, work. There is no housekeeper or babysitter.”
The Kendra is selling Hollywood star said she was happy with her appearance, although she admitted she would monitor her alcohol consumption.
“For those who hate my new weight, 40 year old face, please know that I am finally happy, healthy and at peace in life. Leave me alone and respect that I'm where I really want to be when we're all together,” she wrote.
“Almost 40 feels great and yes to the people criticizing my drinking… I hear you and it will be better monitored. Drinking too much definitely means drinking too much but you know what happens in JUNE…Shots. 😂 . Love you,” she wrote in reference to her 40th birthday on June 12.
In November, Wilkinson raged for her childrenHank IV and Alya while talking only to Us Weekly.

Despite going her own way, Wilkinson and Baskett, 42, are quite the team when it comes to parenting.
