Kristin Haak is 'power-down' amid messy divorce from Josh Hall

Christina Haak is an “energy drain” during her ongoing divorce from her estranged husband Josh Hall.

41-year-old Haak took her to her Instagram stories on Monday, January 13, to share a photo of wood burning in a large bowl. She captioned it 'power down' and added a peace sign emoji and a wolf and moon – a reference to full Wolf Moon in the sky that night.

The HGTV personality appears to have dabbled in a wellness practice called “cord cutting”, which energy healer George Lisa recently featured on Goop.com.

While Haak was trying to release negative attachments, her ex Hall became the official site of Instagram with a new girlfriend Stephanie Gabris.

on monday Hall updated his Instagram stories with the image of myself and Gabry cuddling by the fire with the mountains in the background. “Happy 35th to this real life (angel),” Hall captioned the photo, adding an angel emoji and tagging Gabris.

Earlier this month, a source exclusively revealed Us Weekly that Hall had “met a wonderful man in Nashville and they have been happily dating for some time.” The insider noted that while Josh “wasn't trying to date,” he did meet someone who is a “perfect fit.”

Meanwhile, Haak revealed that her divorce battle with Hall escalated.

Haak and Hall both filed for divorce in July 2024 after more than two years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by WeHaak — who hired a divorce attorney Laura Water — requested that neither party receive spousal support and wanted Hall to pay her attorney's fees. Hall, meanwhile, sought spousal support from his ex and asked her to pay his attorney's fees.
