Kayla Richards didn't hold back as she revealed how she felt 'swept' by her. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars, admitting that the drama caused her to struggle with anxiety and depression.
on January 21, Bald revealed that she hadn't watched the last three episodes of the show, citing that it was affecting her mental health. “It's not good for my anxiety and it's been really frustrating and hard to watch,” Bald admitted. “I felt like every time I looked and walked into a group I was being ambushed.”
Bald revealed the emotional toll Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the drama got to him, especially during Sutton side where tension with Dorit made her feel “trapped”.
“Every time I walked into an environment, I felt that way. I had to question even people I thought were my friends. To be honest, I was depressed at the time; I really was,” she admitted.
Bald also spilled, reaching for the hand Dorit and PK during their split, revealing: “I told everyone I sent them both Dorit and PK text when their split was announced. And I think a good friend would. But no one mentions that I was also texting Doritwhich I find very interesting.
Bald did not shy away from discussing her exit at Bozoma Saint John's event, admitting: “I'm not proud of how I handled it, but I don't regret leaving because I wasn't able to handle it at the time.”
She explained: “I was at my breaking point to be honest and that was it,” adding: “When you go through a lot in life you go and hang out with friends to make yourself feel better… but I still thought I would feel some kind of way supported and I was wounded I could not deal with the traps.
Bald stressed: “Normally I'm tougher than that, but I just wasn't. I had to leave.”
Bald also responded to Sutton Strike criticism of her decision to leave, saying, “And I know Sutton gave me a lot of grief about leaving. All I will say about it is that I haven't walked away from filming in all the years I've been on the show. She has gone out many times. “
