LAFD helps save valuable assets

Los Angeles firefighters are doing their best to bring comfort amid the chaos.

During wildfires raging in the Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades, Topanga and Malibu areas, firefighters responded to save valuable belongings from burning homes.

“Firefighters responding to #PalisadesFire saved multiple belongings from burning home,” NBC LA reported on January 7 on Instagramalongside a video of uniformed firefighters bringing a variety of sentimental items to safety on the sidewalk. “LAFD Station #37 was on Lachman Lane battling the fire when some firefighters began moving photo albums, a grandfather clock and other personal belongings.”

Indeed, local heroes went above and beyond to bring an ounce of comfort to this tragedy. And after someone noticed his good deeds, a firefighter responded, “I'm just trying to save some photos.” »
