Lala Kent shares her confession about drinking her breast milk in coffee

THE Vanderpump Rules old – who gave birth to her second daughter, Sosavia a sperm donor, in September, recently explained that she doesn't waste breast milk, admitting that she drinks some of it in her morning coffee.

“I pumped when I got here, but I had nowhere to put my breast milk to store it,” she said. Amanda Hirsch on the December 31 Episode of Her Not skinny but not fat podcast. “I put it in my coffee and drank 10 ounces of breast milk this morning.”

When Amanda asked her why, Lala replied, “I won't throw it down the sink!”

The 34-year-old also shared her views on her breastfeeding journey as she was unsure whether or not to breastfeed her newborn.

“As my night nurse says, I have a good factory,” she explained. “I don't know how that happened either. Because I was never married to the idea of ​​breastfeeding. I was like, 'Maybe I'll do it.' Maybe my milk will come. Maybe not. Maybe she'll catch me. Maybe she won't. We'll see.'”
