On Thursday, a Los Angeles judge granted his request for a restraining order.

Judge Richard Bloom's ruling prohibits Lanez from contacting or approaching the “Bigger In Texas” star. The restraining order will remain in effect for five years, expiring on January 9, 2030. Lanez (Daystar Peterson) will have three more years in prison.
Megan appeared in court via video call on Thursday to explain how the nightmare did not end with her conviction. The 29-year-old broke down in tears over how the traumatic shooting and its aftermath still affects her.
“I feel like maybe he's going to shoot me again, and maybe this time I won't make it,” she told the court of the “violent and dangerous”.
In the December filing, the “Mamushi” rapper said she suffered “repeated trauma and revictimization” due to plots orchestrated by Lanez with outside help. Despite previous claims that “the machine” used Megan to plot Tory's downfall, he is the one accused of pulling the strings behind the scenes. “Even now, while behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping,” the request for a restraining order states.
Megan the Stallion sued Milagro Gramz for 'conspiratorial relationship' with Tory Lanez to harass and spread 'lies'

As BOSSIP previously reported, Megan accused Lanez of hiring blogger Milagro Gramz (Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) for a “conspiratorial relationship.” She sued the internet instigator in October for allegedly “producing lies” and harassing Megan on Tory's behalf. Gramz supported Tory in court during his 2022 trial, which resulted in a conviction for assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying an unregistered loaded firearm in a vehicle and discharging firearm with gross negligence.
In December, Megan's legal team amended the lawsuit against Gramz to include prison recordings that “shed light on Mr. Peterson's conspiratorial relationship with Ms. Cooper.” The updated filing claims Daystar's drama dad, Mr. “Roc Nation, you're going to collapse!” was also there and discussed his relationship with the blogger.
“During these jail calls, Mr. Peterson's father – when he thought no one was listening – questioned his son about the payments made to Ms. Cooper for the harassment of Ms. Pete: 'How are they one day prove something like that?' “Mr. Peterson responded, 'Exactly,'” court documents state.
Although Megan Thee Stallion has secured another legal victory, she is still engaged in a legal battle to protect her peace. The “HISS” rapper also accused Milagro of cyberstalking as a “paid surrogate” to further Lanez’s alleged “psychological warfare” agenda.
Meanwhile, Megan's fans are keeping a close eye on Torrey Craig, her ex and his alleged girlfriend as her rumored relationship with the baseball player stirs up more drama.
