In addition, Alexandra explained that since her son's passing, she has “remained quiet and out of the public eye to protect” her family.

“My main focus was healing and trying to stay connected to my grandchildren,” she continued. “But when I read these horrific claims about my baby, our beloved Stephen, I knew I could no longer remain silent.”

Ultimately, Alexandra concluded her statement by stating that her family would ensure tWitch's “name and memory are protected” and they would (defend) his honor.

You are a brave, strong woman and mother, because the day I have to sign an NDA for the child I brought into this world, they just won't cut me loose from her. Sad that she is doing this for money, tarnishing his name and legacy. Even if he used drugs, there is no point in exposing it.

Instagram user @l0v3n3rds_yah3ard wrote, It was disgusting and trying to justify it as helping others is misguided.

While Instagram user @giselle__mcclymont added, We stand with you ❤️❤️❤️”
