Nikki Glasser's success Golden Globes is already paying off as she is reportedly set to return as host in 2026.

Glazer, 40, signed a three-year deal to host the Golden Globes last year, according to reports Deadline. While the outlet reports that the comedian was paid more than $400,000 for her Golden Globes hosting debut on Sunday, Jan. 5, the fee is likely to “grow significantly.”

Before the report, the producers of the Golden Globes praised Glaser's performance.

“We had a great experience with her and I think she would be great with it long term,” executive producer Glenn Weiss told Diversity on Monday, Jan. 6, teasing Glaser's possible return. “I can't officially say anything. What I will say is that she really found her niche here as an award-winning creator and director, and I think that really came through in this show. And I'd love to see that continue.”

Associate Executive Producer Ricky Kirchner called Glaser's reception skills “home run”, adding: “She really prepared. She did her homework. She's been practicing the material in clubs, sometimes four or five shows a night for a couple of weeks straight, working pretty hard on it since November.

Kirschner continued, “When you have an entrepreneur who is so prepared and dedicated and not deaf to what's going on in our business and even in the room, on the fly, she's very good at it. And she proved herself to be a really good host… It's meant to be fun and a party. And Nikki, her whole tone and way of being really fits what this show is about. And I think she scored a very good goal last night.

Glazer entered history as the first woman run the show on her own. Her monologue especially received positive reviews from critics and social media viewers.
